Core ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: Lead data platform delivery using Agile frameworksResource and Budget Management: Manage capacity, timelines, and AWS costsStakeholder Communication: Translate technical challenges into business termsRisk and Issue Management: Identify roadblocks, manage dependencies, and drive root cause resolutionTeam Leadership: Coach engineers and foster a strong team cultureKey RequirementsExperience: 5+ years working with data platforms and 3+ years leading teamsTechnical Literacy: AWS data services, SQL, ETL, and Infrastructure as CodeMethodologies: Agile/Scrum, project management, and stakeholder communication
