About the Role 

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our dealership, helping customers through every stage of their vehicle buying journey while consistently delivering exceptional results. 

You'll be responsible for: 

·        Selling new vehicles and associated products 

·        Creating memorable customer experiences from enquiry to delivery 

·        Building long term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals 

·        Managing enquiries and maintaining an active sales pipeline 

·        Following up leads with professionalism and enthusiasm 

·        Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets 

·        Contributing to a positive, successful team culture 

About You 

You're motivated by success, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and know what it takes to achieve outstanding sales results. 

You'll also have: 

·        Proven experience in automotive sales 

·        A consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets 

·        Outstanding communication and relationship building skills 

·        Strong negotiation and closing abilities 

·        High levels of motivation, resilience, and self-drive 

·        A professional presentation and customer first attitude 

·        The ability to excel in a fast paced, team-oriented environment 

·        A current driver's licence
