Sales Representative – No Experience Required

Looking for a fresh start in sales? We’re hiring for a casual, entry level opportunity where no previous sales experience is required. If you have retail experience or customer service experience, your people skills could be a great fit. Full training is provided, with clear development and the opportunity for Sales Manager promotions for people who perform and want to progress.

We’re looking for confident, motivated people who enjoy working with others and want to develop strong communication, sales and leadership skills.

About the Role

You’ll be working face-to-face with customers across events, retail locations and residential campaigns while representing well-known organisations.

Your day will include:

• Speaking with customers face-to-face

• Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences

• Learning sales and communication techniques

• Working towards individual and team goals

• Taking part in daily coaching and development

• Working alongside experienced leaders and trainers

About You

You could be a great fit if you:

• Have retail or customer service experience

• Enjoy talking to people

• Are confident and energetic

• Are motivated by goals and progression

• Are coachable and open to feedback

• Enjoy working in a social team environment

• Want to develop into leadership or management

No experience in sales is required.
