Early Childhood Educator – Part Time

Wilcox Street Early Education Centre is a family-owned, boutique early learning Centre located in the heart of Albury. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our experienced and friendly team.

This is a 12-month part-time maternity leave position, commencing as soon as possible, with the opportunity for ongoing employment for the right candidate following the maternity leave period. The position is available for 3–5 days per week, with the number of days to be negotiated with the Director based on work life balance and the needs of the Centre.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile educator who can confidently work across the Centre with children aged 0–5 years. The ideal candidate will be professional, team-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality education and care.

Essential Requirements

·         Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

·         Current NSW Working with Children Check

·         Understanding of Child Safe Standards and mandatory reporting obligations

·         Complete National Mandatory Child Safe Training prior to starting

·         Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis)

·         Sound understanding and knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework

·         Include resume and two referees
