We are looking for an experienced Licensed Customs Broker to join our Sydney Customs team.

You will work with a diverse range of customers, help their goods move smoothly across borders and provide clear, practical guidance they can trust.

What You’ll Be DoingPreparing and completing customs clearances accurately and on time
Reviewing goods and supporting information to confirm that the correct customs requirements are applied
Helping customers understand what is needed to clear their shipments
Building trusted relationships with customers and internal teams
Responding promptly and professionally to questions
Resolving issues as they arise and keeping customers informed
Maintaining accurate information in our business systems
Working closely with colleagues to provide a smooth and reliable service
Sharing your experience and knowledge with the Customs team
Supporting general Customs operations when required
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A current Australian Customs Broker Licence
Current Class 19.1 and 19.2 Biosecurity accreditation
A strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Confidence working independently and collaboratively
A customer-focused approach
The ability to manage changing priorities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
A genuine interest in developing your career with a stable global organisation
