We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high-performing team in Kingaroy.

About the Role

As our Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the customer journey by delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions that meet individual needs.

Working closely with our Sales team, you'll guide customers through every step of the finance process with professionalism, integrity and transparency, ensuring every interaction reflects the values and reputation of Ken Mills Toyota.

Key Responsibilities

• Present finance & insurance products to customers in a professional and customer-focused manner.

• Structure and arrange competitive finance solutions that meet customer needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders and insurance providers.

• Prepare and complete finance and insurance documentation accurately and in accordance with compliance requirements.

• Manage the timely settlement of finance contracts and insurance products.

• Verify trade-in payouts and conduct title and payout checks.

• Monitor F&I performance, reporting and key business metrics.

• Work collaboratively with the Sales team to maximise every customer opportunity.

• Drive F&I penetration through proactive customer engagement and process improvement.

• Maintain exceptional presentation, professionalism and customer service standards.

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, responsible lending obligations and Toyota for Life standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in an Automotive Finance & Insurance role (highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate with strong sales experience).

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proven sales and negotiation ability with a customer-first approach.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven attitude.

• High levels of professionalism, integrity and personal presentation.
