Full-Time Cleaner Wanted - Bangholme/Carrum location

Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our team working 5 days per week (Mon - Fri) - Hours of work: 10am - 6pm - Location: Bangholme/Carrum location.

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all. Ideal for individual looking for work in their local area. This position is crucial in supporting our commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

• Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including restrooms, kitchen and communal spaces

• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies

• Replenishing consumables

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to your manager

• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

• Assist with deep cleaning tasks if and as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred

• Previous experience operating commercial cleaning machinery such as scrubbers / buffers

• Ability to work independently and follow the daily scope of works

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness

• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

• Good understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning

Key Selection Criteria:

• Must hold a current Police Check (12 month validity)

• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated

• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service

• Reliable and available to work the hours noted

• A can-do and positive attitude

• Good communication skills
