About the role
OneStep Wellbeing is an NDIS and mental health provider delivering inclusive, person-centred supports across Victoria, NSW, and QLD. Our multidisciplinary team provides Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, and Psychology.
We're expanding our OT team to meet growing demand and are looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join us. Majority of clients are based in CBD, Western and Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Full-time or Part-time option (Flexible hours) - Mixed caseload

The Role
Real caseload control, real clinical variety, and a team that actually has your back.
You'll work alongside NDIS participants to build capacity, grow independence, and make progress on the goals that matter most to them.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering ongoing therapy across clinic, community and Telehealth settings
Working alongside families, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
Completing Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
Assistive Technology and home modifications assessments (Desirable but not essential)
Producing clear, NDIS-compliant documentation and reports you can be proud of
