We are a supportive, busy, growing geriatrician specialist group located in Epworth Eastern consulting suites, Box Hill, VIC. There are 22 geriatricians consulting in private rooms and visiting Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs). 

This is a permanent part-time position of 3 days per week (Mon, Tue, Fri). There will be opportunities to cover sick leave and annual leave.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be well-presented and possess a highly motivated and strong work ethic, together with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with previous medical reception or secretarial experience will be highly regarded; however, we are willing to train recent course graduates or those willing to learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Greeting patients upon arrival 

-General admin/reception duties (enquiries, phone/email, filing etc.)

-Scheduling appointments

-Medical billing

-Liaising with Clinical staff

EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

-Previous medical reception experience.  

-Experience with Clinic to Cloud software preferred but not essential

-Proficient computer literacy

-Excellent communication skills 

-Attention to detail, demonstrate initiative, time management and the ability to work under pressure
