Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our property management team and manage an established residential rent roll.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an established residential portfolio, and building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing an established residential rent roll

• Landlord and tenant communication

• Lease preparation, renewals and negotiations

• Routine inspections and entry/exit processes

• Rent arrears and tenancy management

• Maintenance coordination and follow-up

• Applications and tenant selection

• RTA and Queensland tenancy compliance

• Notices, bonds and general tenancy matters

• Coordinating contractors and maintenance

• Maintaining accurate property records

• Providing a high standard of service to landlords and tenants

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years' experience in residential property management

• Can independently manage a portfolio from start to finish

• Has strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and RTA processes

• Is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented

• Has excellent communication and relationship-management skills

• Is confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors

• Takes ownership and follows matters through to completion

• Is familiar with PropertyMe or similar property management software

• Holds the appropriate Queensland real estate registration/licence

Mandarin Speaking – Not must but highly Desirable

We service a strong and growing base of Chinese-speaking landlords.

Mandarin speaking ability will be highly regarded, as it will allow you to communicate effectively with landlords who prefer to communicate in Mandarin.

However it is not a must and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified and experienced Property Managers.
