Job description:

• Makeup application experience required
• Makeup artistry qualifications desired but not required, self taught artists still accepted
• Must be able to provide exceptional on the floor demonstrations, applications and product recommendations while also being ready to apply makeup on a regular basis to different clients
• Be able to continue to grow product knowledge to allow for best recommendations to suit customer needs

About the role:

We're on the hunt for talent to join our Whitford City store.

Our Glow Advisors are the friendly faces that bring our brand to life! They're customer service pros who know how to make people feel welcome and truly connect with them.

With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you'll make each customer feel unique. Whether it's helping them find the perfect makeup shade, discovering a new fragrance, setting up a skincare routine, or just pointing them to their favorite products, you'll create an unforgettable experience every time.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional, personalised service to every customer
• Becoming the in-store makeup expert, helping customers find the perfect products to make them glow inside and out
• Performing makeup and lash services to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for:

• Beauty/makeup skills is mandatory — Qualified or self-taught for full face makeup applications
• Retail experience with a love for delivering amazing customer service
• A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and all things beauty
• Fantastic communication skills to build real connections with customers
• A creative flair for merchandising
• A team player who knows that together, we shine brighter
• Qualifications or experience as a makeup artist or in the beauty industry are a big plus
