We are looking for an experienced, energetic and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across our Gold Coast store locations, becoming a valued member of each store team and providing support where needed.

About the Role;

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will work at either of our Gold Coast store locations, supporting our Store Managers and teams with day-to-day retail operations.

You'll be someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with customers and colleagues, and thrives in a varied retail environment.

Flexibility and ongoing availability are essential, including the ability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required on a rotational roster.

Your Responsibilities;

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and confidently assist with styling and product selection.
• Achieve and contribute to store sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales through product knowledge and personalised customer service.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and our latest collections.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management and replenishment.
• Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operations.
• Work confidently and effectively across our three Gold Coast store locations.
• Communicate effectively with Store Managers and Head Office regarding customer feedback, sales opportunities and store requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic and supportive team environment.

About You;

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in retail sales, ideally with 2+ years' experience in fashion retail.
• Passionate about ladies' fashion, styling and the latest trends.
• Confident, friendly and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability and willingness to work regularly across our store locations.
• Available for ongoing casual work and able to provide regular availability.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to assist with shifts at short notice when needed.
• Professional, well presented and confident when interacting with customers.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while also being a positive and enthusiastic team player.
• Someone with a can-do attitude who enjoys having fun at work!
