We are seeking a passionate and motivated hospitality professional dedicated to delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for our members and guests.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for hospitality. As a leader, you will set the standard through your professionalism, teamwork, and service focus. You will also bring:
Previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel, resort, functions venue or private club environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship-building skills with members, clients, and colleagues
Exceptional attention to detail and personal presentation
The ability to perform under pressure, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple events simultaneously
A genuine passion for food, wine and beverages, with the knowledge and confidence to make recommendations to enhance the member and guest experience
À la carte dining experience
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Current RSA certificate
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Members’ Bar, Bistro and events spaces
Liaise with members and clients to ensure outstanding hospitality experiences
Lead, train, and mentor staff to uphold service excellence
Coordinate and supervise the setup, delivery, and pack-down of functions and events
Oversee logistics including seating, catering, and equipment requirements
Ensure compliance with RSA, health, and safety regulations
