About the role
Converge is a leading employee mental health and wellbeing provider (EAP), specialising in people risk management and wellbeing solutions. We assist some of Australia's largest industries, including government, mining, retail and more. We’re experts in supporting their people, building healthy workplaces, and resolving their people issues. In this role you will build strategic partnerships with large new and existing clients across all sectors including business, enterprise, government, health and education. This includes strategic account planning, proactive relationship and engagement building, sharing of insights, identification of opportunities, solution selling techniques, internal collaboration and proposal development.
