About You

As Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing safe, evidence-based, person-centred nursing care to patients/clients. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, while working collaboratively with patients, families, carers and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and identify patient care needs.Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with relevant policies and legislation.Monitor, document and communicate changes in patients' conditions.Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.Provide education, information and support to patients and their families/carers.Recognise and respond appropriately to clinical deterioration and emergencies.

AHPRA RegistrationWorking With Children CheckDemonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital settingAbility to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activityDemonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary teamDemonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skillsA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
