We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager who is organised, positive, eager to learn and genuinely cares about delivering a great experience for owners and tenants.

You’ll work closely alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager Siobahan Farmer, assisting with the day-to-day management of a portfolio while learning every part of Property Management properly.

Rather than throwing you in the deep end, we want to help you build your knowledge, confidence and independence over time.

As you grow, there will be an opportunity to progress into managing your own portfolio within a supportive team environment.

Step into a high-quality, well-maintained rent roll with loyal landlords, strong systems, and excellent foundations already in place.

Siobahan will remain with the business and transition from part-time back to full-time, providing you with strong support throughout your development.

During the transition, she will continue to oversee and assist with the more complex or escalated portfolio matters, giving you the opportunity to work alongside her and learn firsthand how an experienced, award-winning Property Manager approaches difficult situations, owner conversations, tenancy issues and day-to-day portfolio decisions.

This structure will allow you to gradually build your knowledge, confidence and ownership of the portfolio, while having Siobhan and the wider Centurion team beside you every step of the way.

We’re searching for an experienced Property Manager who:

• Thrives on building genuine client relationships

• Is warm, approachable, and solutions-focused

• Handles challenges with professionalism and confidence

• Takes pride in delivering exceptional personalised service

• Holds a current WA Property Management Registration

• Has a reliable vehicle suitable for work use

• Has a minimum of two years’ experience in Property Management

You’ll be supported by an experienced and well-resourced team including:

• Dedicated Leasing Consultant

• Trust Accountant

• Experienced Virtual Assistant support (10+ years with the company) assisting with administration

• Streamlined systems and administrative support

We’re technology-focused where it counts, using:

• Property Tree

• Inspection Express

• 360 cameras and 4K inspection technology

• Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive synced systems

• Microsoft Teams collaboration

• Laptop, second screen, and mobile setup provided for home office use
