Reception Team Member- Mitchell

At 4WD Supacentre, we’re all about helping everyday Aussies get adventure ready. We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Reception Team Member to join our Contact Centre team and be the first point of contact for our customers.

As a Reception Team Member, you’ll create a positive first impression for every customer who contacts us. You’ll understand why they’re calling, resolve basic enquiries and connect them with the right team when specialist support is required.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Being the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
• Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service
• Understanding customer enquiries and resolving basic queries
• Transferring more complex enquiries to the appropriate specialist team
• Providing warm handovers and accurate call notes where required
• Working towards and exceeding individual and team KPIs
• Identifying and escalating recurring customer issues or trends
• Maintaining strong knowledge of our products and current promotions
• Identifying opportunities to promote and maximise sales
• Contributing to daily EOD reporting and team outcomes

• You’re confident, friendly and professional on the phone
• You genuinely enjoy helping customers
• You’re a strong communicator and active listener
• You can work efficiently in a busy Contact Centre environment
• You’re comfortable working towards KPIs
• You’re organised and can manage multiple customer enquiries
• You’re willing to learn our product range and promotions
• Previous customer service, reception, retail or Contact Centre experience is highly regarded
