About the role
Reporting to the Contracts & Procurement Lead, this role supports the effective management of procurement and contracts across Our Watch. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll review and negotiate contracts, manage procurement activities, provide practical advice on contractual and compliance risks, and help maintain effective procurement systems and processes.
You’ll work with a diverse range of stakeholders including suppliers, commercial partners, government funders, philanthropic organisations and sector partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing commercial acumen with collaboration, problem-solving and continuous improvement in a purpose-driven organisation.

You’re someone with experience in contracts, procurement, commercial administration, legal support, or a related field, and have developed strong contract review and negotiation skills.
You also have:
You’ll enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and policies, and take pride in creating practical, efficient solutions that support both organisational outcomes and a positive stakeholder experience.
