About us:

Yolk Groups pastry department, part of Terror Twilight Catering, is based in Collingwood and is growing. Were known for our cookies, cakes and whole cakes, with an expanding product range and wholesale becoming a bigger part of the operation.

Were looking for a second pastry chef to work two set days each week alongside our pastry lead. This is a hands-on production role with the opportunity to take on more days and responsibility as the department grows.

What you'll be doing:

● Batching recipes using established recipe cards

● Baking and decorating cakes, cookies, brownies and other pastry products

● Packing and preparing baked goods for wholesale orders

● Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe workspace

What were looking for:

● Professional bakery or pastry experience

● Confident cake decorating skills are strongly preferred

● Someone who can follow recipe cards precisely while speaking up when something does not look right

● Strong food safety knowledge and a clean, organised approach

● Availability for two weekday shifts each week
