We require enthusiastic and energetic employees to work within our Melbourne business in a full time permanent position at the following location.

Clayton / Highett

You will assist with the sales activities, business development, team motivation and provide a high level of service to our customers.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively helping customers. You will be responsible for creating ethical, professional, and sustainable environment for our customers.

You will receive comprehensive training while working with a great team of people

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, and in person, extends to strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

• Promote and sell Budget products and services.

• Cleaning Vehicles is required

• Driving Vehicle is required

• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, filing documents regarding rental agreements.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a current driver’s license.

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task, monitor and organize business demands on daily basis.

• Flexible approach to multiple assigned work

• Work a fortnight rotational roster that includes alternate weekends and Public Holidays.
