Entry-Level Sales Role (Full Training Provided & Career Development)

Salary: LDI + Uncapped Commission | OTE $75,000 – $110,000+

The role:

This role is centred on professional client engagement and mastering business acumen.

• Client Engagement: Conduct high-quality client interactions through face-to-face outreach.

• Active Listening: Build rapport and actively listen to diagnose customer impulse, allowing you to tailor customised solutions.

• Presentation: Present professionally and authentically, clearly articulating product benefits and expertly handling common sales objections.

• Skill Mastery: Collaborate daily with your dedicated trainer and participate in continuous sales training, management training and professional development.

What We are looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Age 18 or above

• Eligibility for full-time

• Eligible to work in Australia

• Able to commute daily to Sydney Central
