Clincial Co-ordinator / Receptionist – Full Time (4 Days a Week) 📍 Essendon | Lincoln Road Dental | 3-Chair Practice

Lincoln Road Dental, a well-established three-chair dental practice in Essendon, is looking for a dedicated Practice Manager/Receptionist to join our friendly team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 4 days per week – Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. You'll play a key role in the smooth running of our practice, supporting both the clinical team and our valued patients.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day practice operations and reception duties

• Overseeing compliance with infection control protocols and practice accreditation standards

• Providing outstanding front desk service and patient care

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with clinicians

• Managing payments, recalls, and patient records

• Supporting and motivating staff to ensure a positive, professional environment

• Problem-solving and maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a dental practice is essential, this is not a transferable-skills role

• Working knowledge of infection control standards and their application in a clinical setting

• An understanding of how a dental practice operates day to day, from scheduling and recalls through to compliance and staff coordination

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

• A warm, professional manner with patients and colleagues

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Experience in marketing or social media is looked upon favourably

• Australian work rights are required for this position
