• Optimize occupancy, staffing rosters, and resident satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in residential aged care.
• Strong operational management and business acumen.
• Passion for empowering teams and delivering outstanding care.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence. (Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or related field.)
