Personal Care Worker

Do you live in Nerang, Highland Park, Carrara, Molendinar, Ashmore, Gilston or Gold coast surrounds?

We are seeking an experienced team member to make a difference in supporting our local residents at Homestead Aged Care based in Nerang. Ability to work independently with a small team of carers and flexibility to cover additional day or night shifts is highly regarded.

About The Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and work alongside our care team. Your responsibilities will include:

Provide personal care and emotional support to residents Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care Review care plans, report and observe changes Maintain dignity and privacy for all resdients Support Registered Nurses

About You

Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents.Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/ Aged Care.Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.Flexible and able to do shifts including AM, PM, Night & Public holidays Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsorAlignment with our values: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Courage
