Office Manager

About the role

As Office Manager at D'Agostino Electrical Group Pty Ltd, you'll be essential in keeping our operations efficient and supporting both our onsite crews and office staff to help us deliver the best outcomes every day. We're a skilled, hardworking team dedicated to quality work across residential and light commercial projects in Perth, Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for emails, bookings, quotes and job updates

• Manage client enquiries and keep Job Management System up to date

• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation and support payroll

• Keep financial records accurate and help prepare weekly and monthly reports

• Maintain employee and subcontractor records, licenses, certifications and onboarding requirements

• Track job progress, labour hours, and assist with internal reporting

• Data hygiene, compliance tasks and assist with insurance claims

• Jump in wherever needed to support the office team

About you

• Strong communication skills – the ability to be friendly but firm

• Confident with computers (ServiceM8 ideal/Xero essential)

• Friendly, proactive attitude

• An organised person who wants to really own their role

• Someone who enjoys helping a team succeed and wants to grow

• Minimum 3+ years of work experience required

• Experience with invoicing and financial reporting is a plus

• Previous experience working alongside the trades sector is preferred but not required
