You'll combine commercial leadership, customer insight, and innovation to create a market-leading technology offer across all channels, while building and inspiring a high-performing team of leaders. As our Head of Mobiles & Connect, you will:

• Own the category strategy and end-to-end performance, setting the vision, financial targets and growth priorities across sales, profit, inventory and supplier partnerships.
• Execute a compelling customer value proposition across range, pricing, promotions, private brand and product innovation.
• Lead Total Product Reviews and New Product Introductions, ensuring the range remains customer-led, differentiated and commercially effective.
• Drive trade leadership ahead of the market through range innovation, price leadership, customer insight and data-led offer development.
• Own supplier management and sourcing, including trading terms, negotiations, business reviews, supplier performance and strategic partnerships.
• Drive private brand growth and execution, including sourcing, range development, launch execution and commercial performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Category Managers.
• Champion sustainable and ethical sourcing practices across the portfolio.

You are a proven retail commercial leader who combines strategic vision with exceptional execution. You know how to balance customer needs, market trends and commercial outcomes while building highly engaged teams that consistently deliver. With a growth mindset and natural curiosity, you're always looking for new ways to create value, drive performance and stay ahead of the market.  In addtion, you will bring: 

• Significant leadership experience within Merchandise, Buying, Category Management, or Commercial Retail.
• A proven track record delivering growth, profitability, and customer outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large-scale portfolios.
• Exceptional ability to lead leaders, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
• A passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams.
