Information Technology Traineeship

Through this traineeship, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Information Technology over a two-year period.

This is an entry-level role, making it ideal for school leavers, career starters, or anyone passionate about technology and eager to learn.

About the Role

As an Information Technology Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced IT professionals, providing support to staff and helping maintain the technology systems that keep the organisation running smoothly.

You'll earn while you learn, developing practical skills and industry knowledge while completing your qualification.

Duties

In this role, you will:

• Provide first-level IT support through the Help Desk
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Monitor and report on IT systems and performance
• Support desktop and mobile device administration
• Assist with maintaining the corporate intranet platform
• Complete general administrative and office duties

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in Information Technology
• Enjoys problem-solving and learning new skills
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is self-motivated and eager to develop their knowledge
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Is willing to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment

No prior IT experience is required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
