Contract Administrator

Contract Administrator to join one of Australia’s leading commercial fitout contractors delivering high‑quality fitout & refurbishment projects across workplace, government, education, retail and hospitality.
To support and deliver fast‑paced fitout projects valued between $1M-$5M, working within an established, high‑performing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accountsPrepare, assess and negotiate variationsAdminister head contract obligations and subcontract agreementsManage EOTs, RFIs, progress claims and payment schedulesMonitor project costs, forecasts and commercial reportingWork closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery
About YouExperience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction, fitout or refurbishmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environmentProcore / Acconex experience highly regardedJobpac / Vista / Cheopps experience highly regarded
