About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Order Entry Officer to join our busy concrete plant. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, taking orders, coordinating with production and dispatch, and ensuring exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails.

• Accurately enter and process concrete orders.

• Liaise with customers, plant staff, and drivers to coordinate deliveries.

• Work closely with the production and dispatch teams to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Perform general administrative duties as required.

About You

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong computer and data entry skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, transport, logistics, or the construction/concrete industry is desirable but not essential.
