As part of our Parramatta team, you’ll join a high performing group of consultants who specialise in serving one of Australia’s fastest growing regions. Based in our modern Western Sydney office, you’ll be working at the centre of a booming construction and infrastructure market.
  
Your New Role
As an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or a Manager in our Blue-Collar Construction Trades team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing and growing our strong presence across Western Sydney. You’ll partner with construction, civil, and trades employers to deliver skilled talent, while also building deep networks within the blue-collar workforce.
In this role, you will:

• Manage client and candidate activity across the full 360° recruitment process
• Strengthen existing relationships and drive new business development across Western Sydney
• Leverage your trades recruitment experience and market knowledge to match skilled talent quickly and effectively
• Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies tailored to the construction and trades sector
• Partner with colleagues across the broader NSW team to deliver best in market solutions

What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re seeking an experienced agency recruiter with:

• 2+ years of blue collar or construction trades recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of the Western Sydney construction and trades market
• A proven ability to build meaningful client partnerships through business development
• High motivation, resilience, and a passion for delivering outstanding results
• A team‑oriented mindset — someone who thrives in a high energy, team focused environment
