Property Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and driven Property Manager to join an exciting new development in Brisbane and take the lead in establishing and growing a brand-new onsite rent roll.

This is an opportunity for a real go-getter who enjoys building something from the ground up, has initiative, and wants to make their mark in a growing property management operation.

About the role

You'll be instrumental in launching and developing the onsite rent roll, building strong relationships with property owners and tenants, and establishing a high-quality property management service from day one. This role will suit someone who is confident, organised and commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and get things done without needing to be told.

About you

• Has a current QLD Real Estate Sales Licence

• Has experience managing their own residential portfolio

• Has a positive, can-do attitude and genuine team-first approach

• Has experience using PropertyMe trust accounting software

• Is proactive, motivated and takes genuine ownership of their role

• Can work autonomously and demonstrate initiative

• Is commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to build a rent roll
