About the role
Part-Time 0.8 | Fixed Term 12 Month Maternity Leave Cover
At CatholicCare Tasmania, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're seeking an experienced and service-focused Team Leader People Services to lead our People Services team and ensure the delivery of high-quality People & Culture support across the organisation on a 12-month maternity leave contract, starting end of September.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, improving systems and processes, and delivering practical workforce solutions that make a genuine difference to employees and managers. You'll lead a small team responsible for recruitment, onboarding, workforce administration, HR systems, compliance, reporting, learning and development administration, and injury management support. You'll also play a key role in improving the way our people services operate through better systems, processes and resources.
