Join the People & Safety team at Blackwoods Group

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused HR Coordinator to join us on a 12-month contract. This role supports key people processes at the beginning of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, contracts, onboarding, employee records and HR support.

What you'll do

• Prepare employment contracts and employee documentation
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
• Manage HR enquiries, employment verifications and people records
• Assist with recruitment administration and background checks
• Coordinate employee referral programs and vendor invoicing
• Support HR, Talent Acquisition and payroll-related administration

What you'll bring

• Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll or administration
• Experience in employment contract generation
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience working in a faced paced team environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately
• Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Office and business systems
