Kita Dental is a privately owned dental clinic located in Mascot, Sydney. We focus on All on 4 dental implants and emergency dentistry.

We're a small, high-performing team. You'll work directly alongside our principal dentist on cases that matter, with real scope to develop your surgical skills.

The role

This is a casual position working Thursday and Saturday.

You'll assist across both our implant and cosmetic caseload and our general dentistry appointments.

• Supporting surgical cases All on 4

• Instrument preparation, sterilisation, and surgical tray setup

• Infection control and clinical compliance to the highest standard

• Supporting smooth patient flow and clinical efficiency

• Supporting front desk and reception when needed, including answering phones and greeting patients

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting

• Overseas dentist qualification welcome

• Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa required

• Experience in surgical or implant nursing is highly regarded

• No implant experience? If you have the right attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn, we will train you properly

• Warmth and genuine care for patients — clinical skill alone isn't enough here

• Calm under pressure, reliable, and meticulous with instruments and protocol

• A team player who takes pride in doing things properly

• Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuously improving your clinical practice

What we offer

$34.75 – $55 / hr

Casual rates paid in accordance with the Health Professionals & Support Services Award 2020, level-dependent. Saturday penalty rates apply.
