About the role
Medical Receptionist – Join Our Team at Dynamic Doctors
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and professional Medical Receptionist to join our busy practice. We are a private billing clinic with 8 GPs. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12:30pm.
Key responsibilities:
Welcoming patients and managing appointments
Answering calls and handling enquiries
Processing payments and maintaining patient records
Supporting doctors and the wider practice team
About you:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Previous medical reception experience preferred
Ability to work confidently in a busy environment
