Senior Pharmacist - Quality & Informatics

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Quality and Informatics team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to work in a variety of areas to assist with quality improvement initiatives, advancing medication safety practices, and optimising digital medication management systems across Western Health.

Key responsibilities:

• Support pharmacy quality improvement and medication safety programs.
• Partner with clinical, operational and digital health teams to optimise electronic medication management systems and pharmacy technologies.
• Develop policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that support safe and effective medication management.
• Analyse complex data and translate insights into practical improvements that enhance patient care and operational performance.
