Part time Call Centre Operator

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Victorian Cosmetic Institute are looking for self motivated and energetic team member to join us in our Contact Call Centre team in a part time capacity. 

Minimum requirement will be 3 days per week including Saturdays. 

Flexibility with days required as you may be rostered any day/times within our opening hours of 8:45am - 6pm Monday to Saturday.

This role is a majority work from home position with shifts rostered at our Lower Templestowe clinic approximately once a month.

KEY DUTIES

• Inbound and outbound calls with a strong customer service focus

• Receipt payments and make appointments with accuracy

• Converting enquiries into appointments to meet KPIs

• Responding to patient emails and SMSs

ABOUT YOU

• Friendly with exceptional customer service skills

• Work effectively as part of a team, and autonomously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self motivated with great initiative and target driven 

• Ability to think and act quickly with strong problem solving skills

• The ability to learn fast

• IT savvy and the ability to learn different software packages

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, contact centre or customer service

• A quiet home environment with a private and safe home office

• A PC with Windows 11, running Google Chrome. Two monitors are recommended but not required. NOTE: MAC PCs not compatible with our software.

• Reliable and fast NBN internet

• Reliable 5G phone reception should you experience home internet outages of any kind
