Operations Manager

We're looking for a passionate and organised Operations Manager to help grow our trading card retail business. This role is ideal for someone who loves the trading card industry and has experience in retail operations, inventory management, and building an engaged community.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the business runs smoothly while helping us expand our product range, events, and customer experience.

• Manage day-to-day retail operations and improve store processes.

• Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supplier relationships.

• Forecast demand and maintain healthy stock levels.

• Monitor product launches, allocations, and restocks.

• Track sales, margins, and inventory performance.

• Coordinate product releases and promotional campaigns.

• Plan and organise trading card tournaments and community events.

• Develop systems to improve efficiency and reduce operational issues.

• Work closely with store staff to maintain high customer service standards.

• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve the overall customer experience.

• Prepare regular reports on sales, stock performance, and operational improvements.

• Has previous experience in retail operations or store management.

• Has strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Understands inventory management and purchasing.

• Is confident using spreadsheets and retail systems.

• Has excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Can work independently and take ownership of projects.
