ResponsibilitiesThis role is commission only and ideal for hungry, motivated individuals looking to catapult their career in financial services with Mortgage Broking backed by a growing brand.Generate leads and build your book of business supported by our networking, referrals and marketing strategiesWork closely with the Atlas Lending Group support team (marketing, admin and credit) for smooth loan lodgment and settlementLearn the mortgage broking industry from the ground up through our structured 12-month training programStay informed on lending policies, interest rates, and market trends to provide clients with relevant, top-tier advice
Qualifications and Skills neededWe’re operationally set-up to support a wide range of individual experience with tiered commission splits that make sense for your growth. We are looking for candidates with a strong sales and marketing mindset who want to take control of their financial future.Open to new-to-industry candidates! (we will train the right attitude)A strong sales, marketing and financial services mindsetSelf-motivated, eager to learn and capable of driving your own business growthExcellent client relationship, networking and communication skillsCertificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).Previous experience in financial services, real estate, or B2B/B2C sales is highly regarded
