Your opportunity

As a valued Home Care Worker at Anglicare we have opportunities to work across the Ryde/Eastwood region on a Casual Basis.

You will provide compassionate, high-quality support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity.

You will assist with daily tasks, offer emotional support, and provide meaningful companionship. Your care will ensure clients feel safe, respected, and valued in the comfort of their own environment.

With Kindness And Understanding, You Will Provide

Domestic Assistance – Supporting with household chores such as washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting.

Meal Preparation – Assisting with planning, preparing, and cooking meals. Personal Care Support – Helping with showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs.

Social Engagement – Providing companionship and encouraging participation in social activities and community engagement.

Transport Services – Offering transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social outings.

What You’ll Bring

What’s Required

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Valid NSW Driver’s LicenceReliable NSW C Class Motor Vehicle for travel between customer locationsCurrent accredited First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (highly recommended)Basic computer and smartphone literacy

What’s Preferred

Previous experience in Home Care or Disability SupportCertificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community). Highly preferred
