Child and Family Services has an exciting opportunity to join our Restoring Families team as a Community Connector Practitioner. This is a Fixed-term opportunity until 30 June 2027.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work alongside young people, families, and communities experiencing challenges associated with adolescent violence in the home. The Community Connector Practitioner will play a key role in strengthening community understanding and capability to respond to adolescent wellbeing, emotional regulation, trauma, and family relationships.
Through direct support, collaboration with practitioners, and meaningful community engagement, you will contribute to creating safer homes, strengthening family relationships, and building more connected and resilient communities.
