Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will process end-to-end weekly payroll for our workforce. Our payroll spans multiple awards and a large field-based workforce, so the role requires someone who can interpret data and apply judgement, not just enter transactions.

Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end payroll reporting
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate, complete, and prompt payroll submissions
Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers
Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in a complex, high-volume payroll role, with a strong understanding of payroll functions, awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation
