Operations Analyst

Role DescriptionThe Operations Analyst will analyze operational processes, performance data, and business activities to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization. This role is responsible for providing data-driven insights and supporting operational decision-making across the organization.The position will monitor key performance indicators, analyze workflows, identify operational gaps, and develop reports and recommendations to improve business processes. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges, evaluate solutions, and support the implementation of process improvements.Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing performance reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs, identifying process inefficiencies, conducting root-cause analysis, and supporting operational planning. The Operations Analyst will also maintain accurate data, improve reporting processes, support resource planning, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of business operations, process analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.Knowledge of ERP systems, operational databases, and process mapping tools.Ability to develop clear reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
