Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified Diploma Early Childhood Educator to join our warm, supportive and professional early learning team.

As a Diploma Educator, you will:

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's interests, strengths and development

• Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families

• Contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the educational program

• Work collaboratively with educators and leadership to provide high-quality care and education

• Support children's wellbeing, learning and development in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards

• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

• Build positive relationships with families and the wider community

About you

• Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning and development

• Warm, caring, respectful and responsive

• A confident team player who enjoys working collaboratively

• Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement

• Reliable, professional and able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Knowledgeable about the EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
