About the role

We're excited to welcome an Assistant Director of Nursing Adult Mental Health Inpatient Improvement to our Inpatient and Rehabilitation Mental Health portfolio.
The Assistant Director of Nursing Adult Mental Health Inpatient Improvement will function as a member of the Mental Health and Specialised Services Leadership team.
The role will explore, recommend, develop, implement and evaluate dynamic strategies and processes to revitalise and strengthen performance, culture, contemporary service delivery and clinical care consistent with the responsibilities of the role.
As a senior member of the Mental Health and Specialised Services (MHSS) Leadership team, the Assistant Director of Nursing Adult Mental Health Inpatient Improvement is responsible and accountable for the provision of effective leadership, high level operational advice and clinical expertise to ensure the planning, delivery and evaluation of high quality and cost-effective services that are consistent with the strategic and operational directions of MHSS.

Key Responsibilities include:
Remuneration value up to $196 807 p.a., comprising salary between $164 519 - $172 492 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG10) (Fixed Term Temporary Full-time position available for 12 months). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
