Bricklayer — Full-time, Ongoing (Sydney, NSW)

Karimi Brick Laying Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, full-time Bricklayer to join our team on residential and light commercial projects across metropolitan Sydney. This is an ongoing position working directly for our company on our own contracted jobs.

About the role:

•    Lay bricks, blocks and other pre-cut materials to construct and repair walls, partitions, arches and other structures

•    Set out and measure work from plans and specifications

•    Mix, apply and finish mortar to the required standard

•    Cut and shape bricks and blocks using hand and power tools

•    Check alignment, level and plumb; point, clean and finish work

•    Work safely and to Australian Standards on site

About you:

•    AQF Certificate III in Bricklaying and Block laying, or an equivalent overseas qualification; OR at least three years of relevant full-time bricklaying experience

•    Able to set out and work from construction plans

•    Current White Card (Construction Induction)

•    Current Australian driver's licence

•    Reliable, safety-focused and able to work as part of a team

Salary: $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
