The opportunity

We are currently looking for two Sales Development Representatives to join Bishopp for working across the greater Southeast Queensland region. 

Sales Development Representatives form an important part of the Bishopp sales team and allows someone early in their career to join a supportive organisation.  It will involve working closely with the broader sales team as you build your career and working directly with a manager who will help you grow.

Key responsibilities

At Bishopp we believe that the work matters, and so does enjoying it. Some of the responsibilities of this role include.

• Identify new sales opportunities through methods including cold calling, door knocking and networking opportunities.
• Cultivate the relationship with businesses through face-to-face meetings and direct communication.
• Be responsible for managing your time – you will be able to work on which leads to follow and how you manage your calendar.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments across the sector.

Previous Experience

To be successful in this role we are looking for applicants who have the following.

• Previous experience working in a sales role or sales support role.
• A hunger and drive to be successful and genuine enjoyment for being able to meet new people.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel, potentially including New Zealand.
