Candidate must be experienced in cooking a variety of Asian Cuisine, self motivated & hard working & passionate about food -

• Work in conjunction with the sous and head chefs to assist the operation of our kitchen at Lucy Liu.

• Give support to CDP in mentoring and developing junior staff members.

• Be an example of excellence in the kitchen for those around to follow.

• Engage in a positive and collaborative manner with the FOH teams to ensure outstanding food experiences for our customers.

• Have a desire to improve your position within the company

• Experience with sashimi is preferred

Skills and experience

The successful candidate must be a professional, self-motivated individual, have a strong attention to detail, be process driven and possess strong technical skills and a passion for cooking.

You would have a strong understanding of cooking and service requirements of being a professional chef. You will also possess a relevant industry qualification and have 1 or more years cooking experience.
