Monjon Security is a proudly family-owned Australian security company experiencing continued growth. Due to expansion, we are seeking reliable and professional Mobile Patrol Officers to join our team on overnight rotating night shifts.

About the Role

• Mobile patrols across multiple sites

• Night shift only, rotating roster across Mon-Thurs ONLY

• Shifts run overnight until 7:00am

• 8–12 hour shifts, 2 shifts approx per week

• Vehicles are collected from and returned to our Cheltenham depot each shift

Key Requirements

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Excellent personal presentation and professionalism

• Proven experience in security operations and mobile patrols

• Physical fitness suitable for patrol duties

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

• Strong attention to detail with accurate incident recording and reporting

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently without supervision, as well as within a team

• Results-driven mindset with high standards of accuracy and accountability

Mandatory Licences & Certifications

Applicants must hold:

• Victorian Private Security Individual Licence

• Australian Driver Licence

• Valid First Aid Certificate

• Working With Children Check (Employer)

• White Card (Construction Card)

• Availability to work across 4 nights Mon-Thurs on a rotating roster

Important Information

• This is an overnight role only. NO WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE

• You must attend the Cheltenham depot to collect a vehicle for every shift
