This is a part-time (1-2 days per week) unpaid, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Adelaide, SA. As a Marketing Intern, you will support various marketing initiatives, create video content for company social media platforms, assist in executing marketing strategies, and help in enhancing customer engagement. You will also assist the sales team and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all users. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment with 3-6 months. The successful applicant will have the possibility to join the team as a paid position in the near future. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative/innovative, adaptable, confident and honest person who loves fashion and social media! We want creators.

• Content Creation: Produce engaging, high-quality video content (Reels, TikToks, and Stories) tailored for company social media platforms.
• Editing: Use mobile or desktop editing tools to ensure all content aligns with our brand aesthetic and current trends.
• Platform Management: Schedule and post 2-3 times per week content across Ustyler platforms, ensuring captions and hashtags are optimised for reach.
• Engagement: Monitor social channels to engage with the community, reply to comments, and foster brand loyalty.
• Strategy Support: Assist in implementing marketing strategies and analysing social media metrics to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Social Media Savvy: Loves and knows how to use TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with an eye for what makes content "viral."
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) and social media management tools.
• Communication: Strong skills for collaboration and community engagement.
• Analytical Interest: Experience or interest in conducting market research and analysing social media trends.
• Personal Interest: A passion for fashion, sustainability, and innovation is a big plus.
• Education: Favourable (but not essential) pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Social Media / Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
